Zion, Utah USA | May 8 - 12, 2025
Being a woman today is both a privilege and a profound responsibility. We are asked to navigate an ever-changing world while staying connected to the essence of who we are.
In The Heart of Devotion, we’ll step away from the noise and distractions, coming together in the sacred stillness of Zion, Utah, to honor our strength, grace, and vitality through the art of ritual and devotion.
Early summer is the season of the Heart meridian in Chinese medicine. It's a time to nourish our emotional clarity, strengthen our inner connection, this supports us to open ourselves to joy and love. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen, and restore.
Through the practices of Kundalini yoga, meditation, mantra, and sacred singing, we’ll reconnect to the wellspring of our inner wisdom.
With the grounding beauty of Atonka’s tea ceremonies and the power of women’s rituals, you’ll learn to create spaces of devotion in your daily life...spaces that nurture your body, center your emotions, and awaken your feminine power.
Led by Pauline from Shakti School and Atonka from Nama-stay Retreat Village, this retreat blends ancient traditions with simple, accessible practices designed to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll create a sanctuary for healing, self-discovery, and community, offering you the tools to navigate your life with more presence and ease.
If you’re longing to feel more connected to yourself, to other women, and to the power of devotion in your life; this retreat is for you. Let this be a sacred pause, a time to reclaim your vitality and remember the beauty of who you are.
“Slowing down isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. In the stillness, we find our vitality, our clarity, and our deepest truths.”

About Your Guides
Pauline Drossart
Pauline is a mystic, mother, and artist whose journey into consciousness began with profound loss, which ultimately led her to a path of transformation and healing. After experiencing the deep grief of losing both her mother and grandmother at an early age, she spent two decades in addiction before finding her way to spiritual awakening.
Moving from London to Los Angeles, Pauline discovered a powerful path of self-healing and sobriety, immersing herself in ancient wisdom teachings that would guide her for the next 20 years.
In honoring her lineage, Pauline founded the Shakti School, a sacred space that empowers women to embrace their strength, wisdom, and leadership. Through circle-style gatherings, she creates a space for women to deepen their connection to themselves and each other.
Alongside her husband, Akah, she co-founded Aykanna, a musical duo celebrated for their soul-stirring music. Through their music, Pauline shares the transformative power of sound, healing, and connection with audiences worldwide.
Now living in Costa Rica with her husband and daughter Sahej-Rose, Pauline continues to serve and share the creativity that moves her.

Atonka
A Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) master, Atonka’s teachings are rooted in the ancient practices that harmonize the body, mind, & spirit. Her work emphasizes the importance of self-awareness & self-regulation, guiding students to harness their energy for balance, vitality, & spiritual growth.
Central to her approach is the recognition of the womb as an energetic center of creation and intuition, where cultivating warmth and harmony fosters clarity of mind, emotional stability, and a deeper connection to the spirit.Â
Atonka’s teachings also incorporate the ancient framework of the five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, water) and their seasonal significance, encouraging students to nurture these energies in daily life. Through her insights and guidance, students are invited to explore their unique energetic patterns, embrace practices that restore balance, and cultivate a deeper understanding of the soul’s journey and its interaction with the physical form.
Her unique approach will empower you to integrate these practices into your circles and personal life, fostering a deeper connection to your inner healing potential.Â
